• Contact form: name, email address, optional phone number and message.
• Admission request: parent or guardian details, student information, requested grade and optional notes.
• Newsletter: email address.
• Our hosting provider may also process standard technical data needed to operate and secure the website.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, process admission requests, manage newsletter subscriptions, prevent abuse and operate the website.

Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1. Notifications for contact and admission forms may be sent to the school’s Gmail inbox through the Gmail API. Cloudflare and Google may therefore process some information as part of their respective services. We do not sell personal information.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle requests, support administrative follow-up and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Information about a student submitted as part of an admission request should be provided by a parent, legal guardian or authorized person. We do not encourage children to submit personal information directly through the website.
