School holidays: keeping a healthy rhythm without overload

Rest, reading, physical activity and a little focused revision can help students return to school in good conditions.

School holidays are first and foremost a time to rest. They give students a chance to change pace, spend time with family and recover before classes resume.

For middle- and high-school students, a few simple habits can help: regular sleep, reading, physical activity and occasional revision of topics that still need attention.

The goal is not to recreate a full school day at home, but to maintain a healthy balance between rest, independence and preparation for the return to class.
